Is your website secure?

Yes! All orders are processed over SSL (Secure Socket Layer) which encrypts all personal information that transmits over the internet.

What method of payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We also accept PayPal.

When does my credit card get charged?

Orders are only charged after the product has been shipped. Our system only places a hold on the order amount at the time of checkout.



Shipping Policy

Do you ship outside the United States?

At this time, we can only ship within the 48 continental United States.

Can you rush my order?

Yes, just send us an email at kim@cutelittlehats.com and we will do everything we can.

When will my order ship?

Unless specified otherwise on the product page, your order will be shipped within 48 business hours of placing your order. You will receive an email to notify you when the order has been shipped.

How do I track my order?

We will send you an email with the tracking information with your shipment notification email.



Return Policy

What is your return and exchange policy?

Please send us an email to orders@cutelittlehats.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and we will send you a return or exchange form.  Simply send your unused product back to us with a copy of the return or exchange form to the address below. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
